Replying to LO24727 --

I thank Andrew for his thoughtful response to my missive on "Ways of
Learning". He concludes, thus:

> As a sagely person tells it, TIME WILL TELL US.
>
> (but we have to 'be there' and we have to 'be listening'
> which is just a
> form of vision...)

It is within my sphere of influence to tell you that by lifting my finger
and calling it KWATS, it becomes nothing. By lifting my finger and
calling it nothing, it becomes KWATS.

It is a Sunday morning and the birds are singing in many voices in Ohio.
I won't be flying again until tomorrow morning, myself. (why don't we have
more reflexive ((self-reflective??)) verb forms in English?

John
