Try the Community Memorial Foundation in Hinsdale, IL. This foundation
formed after the sale of La Grange Memorial Hospital to a for-profit
hospital chain. The foundation conducted a community wide needs assessment
relative to health care needs, defined in broad terms. Community was
defined broadly also, comprising about a dozen municipalities.

Contact Irene Frye at CMH. I'm sorry, but I don't have the web site
readily available. I'm certain you could call for general information.
Good luck!
