Hi Archie

I wonder how the managerial cyberneticians and systems thinkers would
comment on such a point of view.

I wonder if Cringely is a military man or a businessman, I think systems
thinkers might "cringe" at some of those labels.

I served in an army which was at war some years ago and "battle" to find
those labeled role similarities that Cringely speaks of. Both are complex
organisations but the role similarities intrigue me.
