If you haven't already, Peter Senge's work is worth reading, although
ponderous.

I'll bet Motorola University and Motorola consider themselves learning
organizations. (Schaumburg, IL) Try contacting Justin Lombardo, director
of executive education at the College of Leadership on Transcultural
Issues.
