Mission vs. Vision LO26766

mission anad vision are not the same as i know. mission is the reason why
the organizastion exists. for example a mission statement can be "to make
people happy", this means that the organizastion's main reason of
existance is to make people happy. but vision is something that can be
explained as a imaginary picture of what the organizastion want to be in
the future. vision shows where you will be go and guide you and your
operations if you are on the right way. for example a personal vision can
be to be the presedent of the usa, but the mission of the same person can
be "to establish a worldwide peace". this is what i understand from
mission and vision.
