Mission vs. Vision LO26849

Guten Tag Winfried,

Years ago, when i was not very well in-formed, during a training, somebody
asked me what i thought of "artificial intelligence". I heard myself say:
"intelligence is an artificial concept". So when you say "virtual may
really be ..." i'd say, "real may virtually be ..." .

Any choice breaks the equality (and may blow up) so the only "choice" we
have is not to choose. The paradox of choosing not to choose is at the
very heart of the meaning of our existence.

When we talk about vision vs mission we talk about opinions on vision vs
mission, not on actual visions and missions. What we do is sharing our
ideas on virtual concepts. So may be the "problem" with cliches versus
mission is not the vision or the cliche, but the processes of getting to a
visioning/missioningn - sharing - process. Most people in an organisation,
in my experience - express disillusion in a vision / mission because they
were not involved, did not contribute or were not invited to share in the
visioning / missioning processes. Sharing, you know, is the operational
word in shared vision, whatever the v(m)is(s)ion is. In fact, the actual
(v)mis-s-ion may be totally irrelevant for the involved shareholders AND
totally relevant for the not-involved.
