Dear FRENCH,

I am putting forward, very briefly, 6 statements for your kind
consideration:

 a. Organisational Learning (OL) produces many effects of which
Organisational Knowledge (OK) is one.
 b. Organisational Knowledge (OK) needs special efforts for its
maintenance and application. Systems Thinking (ST) is part of this effort.
 c. Systems Thinking (ST) is facilitated in a climate of mutual trust,
open criticality, reflective conversation, etc., which are also supported
through Organisational Learning (OL).
 d. Organisational Knowledge (OK), when so refined as to include the
knowledge of how to maintain a knowledge-creating environment, facilitates
Organisational Learning (OL).
 e. Organisational Knowledge (OK), when includes the knowledge and methods
of systems, enriches Systems Thinking (ST).
 f. Systems Thinking (ST) gives us alternative ways of organising
collective learning, thus showing new direction for Organisational
Learning (OL).

Will be happy to hear from you.

Love.

DP
