I saw Ackoff and Argyris together at a previous conference and I found
that each of them became even more interesting when they were challenging
each other. It wasn't the usual head-biting and repetition -- really
vital stuff. This conference is not for beginners -- it would be
appropriate for executives who think and can face up to a challenge.

ACASA Seminar: August 1-3 2001
Ackoff Center for Advancement of Systems Approaches
On the Nature and Significance of Systems and Systems Thinking An exciting
interpretation of today's situation by masters of systems thinking, in an
exciting dialogue format. Many topics won't seem the same to you when you
leave; you will be more clear where there was confusion, and you will be
asking new questions where there appeared to be clarity. Our speakers
don't have all the answers, nor do they agree on everything, but you can
walk away with insight you can use over a broad range of challenges that
you will be facing.
