Dear OrganLearners -
I am interested in the dialogue on the connection of these concepts, and
would add one more question to the mix. Where does evaluation fit in, to
assess learning, build in reflection on learning in one area of the
organization provides illumination for another? Should evaluation be
purposefully built in as a formative mechanism to allow dialogue around
the value that learning provide to the individual and the organization, or
is evaluation embedded in the concepts?
I have just returned to the list after some time away, and appreciate the
discussions and insights from the list members.
