I have been using a new cutting edge profile in my work and thought you
might be interested. The tool is called the PVI (Personal Values Index)
and develops a personality profile based on value choices. I have found it
remarkably more effective than some other tools e.g. MBTI, Disc, etc.
It also has some extremely useful applications for organizational
development, recruitment, retention, and team building. If you might be
