Hi All,

As part of my research, I have a few questions about strategies used to plan
and control resources in organizations. I will greatly appreciate any
feedback, as it will be of much help to me in my studies. Thank you all in
advance for your input.

1) In your corporation, or in general, how effective is corporate
governance with respect to strategic control?

2) How well does top management in your corporation use strategic control
to keep the company's internal dimensions aligned with its external
environment?

3) Does your company use competitive benchmarking standards (such as PIMS)
as a base for strategic control?

Regards,
