Why is a leader necessary? LO28589

Replying to LO28577 --

I was interested to see the introduction if group dynamics into this
discussion. Bring me to question the aspects of leadership and 'stable
relationships'.

As I understand it the 'stable relationship' consists of three people, in
this relationship you will always come up with a decision as two agreeing
can override the dissenter. In most families the 'stable relationship'
exists, the third party being an offspring of other relative.

In the west we don't readily accept the situation where one man has two
wives, I wonder how domestics are solved in a Muslim marriage where this
situation exists?

I note that when Yamaha America was created, the Japanese purposely set up
the board with a triumvirate. One of these men was an Australian
motorcycle racer - Kel Carruthers.

Best Regards,
Alan Cotterell
