Wir haben nicht nur den gleichen Vornamen, sondern offensichtlich auch
ein gemeinsames Interesse an Knowledge Management. Ich habe mir Ihre
Internetseite im Schnelldurchgang angeschaut und war sehr beeindruckt.
Von den von Ihnen dargestellten Informationen sind sicher viele auf
unser hiesiges Forum und das Fachgebiet im Zusammenhang von Management
insgesamt anwendbar. Ohne alles gelesen zu haben scheint mir doch ein
erheblicher Schwerpunkt auf die Auswahl und Integration von
Informationssystemen für die Optimierung von Vertriebs- und anderen
Organisationssystemen gelegt zu sein. In meinen Studien zu diesem
Fachgebiet hier in USA habe ich vor ein paar Jahren den gleichen Ansatz
beobachtet. Es wurde allerdings inzwischen deutlich, dass Knowledge
Management nicht nur eine Beschreibung von Informationssystems und deren
Einfluss auf den Geschäftserfolg ist, sondern wesentlich weiter in die
Verhaltensweisen von Mitarbeitern, deren Orientierung und
Zielidentifikation hineinreicht. Es wäre sicherlich interessant darüber
ein wenig mehr zu schreiben. Falls Sie daran interessiert sind, lassen
sie es mich bitte wissen. Im learning-org Forum ist normalerweise
Englisch angesagt. Sollten Sie oder das Frauenhofer Institute lieber
