ORGANISATIONAL LEARNING / ECOLOGICAL LEADERSHIP COURSE ON OFFER IN AUSTRALIA
Just thought i'd let you know that if you are in Australia, my company
Emerging Leaders Pty Ltd, will be offering an indepth course on
leadership in Adelaide, Sydney, Canberra and Melbourne before the end of
the year.
The course is based on ecological leadership, systems thinking and
organisational learning principles. It draws upon the work of many
authors including Peter Senge, Arie deGeus, Joe Jaworski, John Kotter,
Chris Argyris, Charles Handy and Alistair Mant. My company interacts with
these and other leaders in the field and holds workshops with these
people when they are in Oz.
The leadership program consists of a three day module and a second two
day module held approximately six weeks apart. The program includes a
nationally benchmarked 360 leadership assessment instrument, with topics
