Replying to LO28980 --

Jim, one excellent text for teams is "The Team Handbook 2nd ed." by Peter
Scholtes et al., published by Joiner Associates Incorporated ISBN
1-884731-11-2. The 4 stages of team development which Walter mentions are
carefully elucidated in this volume, which, by the way, has an excellent,
readable format for users.

Best,

Barry
