What is everyone reading? LO29003

There seems to be a number of publications, both academic and
practitioners, for knowledge management. And there are a number of
academic journals for organizational learning. However, I have not run
across any magazines directed to practitioners of organizational learning
other than those for organizational development and training. One thought
I have is that there is more vendor money behind KM, especially with the
technology. Could others share what they are reading?

On a similar line, how about leads for conferences for organizational
learning. I attended the SoL annual meeting last year (missed this year)
and I have found a Conference Board conference for organizational learning
that is scheduled for next June. But that is all my quick search
identified, though there were others more focused on KM. The bottom line
question is, where are OL practitioners holding discussions other than
this list?
