The use of the learning org ideas has to be considered in any given unit,
department, or working group. Also, it's not black or white, there is a
question of degree and a question of fidelity of the theory in use vs. the
learning organization ideals.
Thus, it is impossible to answer the question, "Is company X applying the
learning organization theory?"
