Replying to LO29182 --
Dear At,
I have a question for you. - If every organisation in a country (or the
world) had a documented management system which was subject to continual
improvement and and was subject to audit by the organisation's customers,
and company officials, would we still need laws?
I suggest the risk management process would pass from the bureaucrat to
the worker on the shop floor.
Best Regards,
Alan Cotterell
