HelLO,

The other day I had the privilege to train a few kind people in our
approach to problem solving with teams and I found an old sheet. It reads:

"Group think
Symptoms:

    * Ignoring the facts of the situation
    * Stereotyping
    * Pressure on the individual to comply
    * Loss of capacity for critical thought
    * Illusion of unity"

Are we witnessing a Group Think situation in our world again?
