Greetings dear Andrew,
Thank you very much for drawing our attention to this nice essay.
Fellow learners who want to appreciate Follet's exquisite thinking, can
study an electronic version of her book The New State (1918) at
< http://sunsite.utk.edu/FINS/Mary_Parker_Follett/Fins-MPF-01.html > In it
she reflects a remarkable sensitivity to all the 7Es (seven essentialities
of creativity).
At another site with URL

M K Smith gives a nice oberview of her life and work. Incidently, her
sensitivity to the 7Es can also be appreciated in this essay.
With care and best wishes
