Greeings dear Alan,
You are basically correct. I was in a hurry. I commented on the six and
the sigma. But i forgot to tell what Six Sigma as two words, but one
concept, means.
Here in South Africa a number of companies followes the Six Sigma
methodology. However, they tend to forget that it is closely connected to
specifications (standards). Poor specifications lead to a worthless Six
Sigma management.
