Hello Ceoji:

My personal view of this subject is that there is no difference, or should
be no difference. KM is an implementation tool for OL, a management
discipline that seeks to enhance organizational learning. Therefore, KM
initiatives and LO initiatives are synonymous.

Regards,

Mark
