Replying to LO30138 --
I noticed when I read 'Maverick' a few years ago, that none of the
companies started by Ricardo Semler, addressed Employee Share Ownership
Programnmes or Productivity Gain Sharing.
I wonder why that is?
Most of the companies were parts of Semlers business, then hived off to
small groups of employees.
This seems to propogate a capitalist exploitive paradigm.
