The 25th World Congress is sponsored by the Management of Innovation and
New Technology (MINT) Research Centre, the McMaster eBusiness Research
Centre (MERC) and the Directors College at McMaster University (widely
recognized as Canada's most innovative university!). This event will be
held January 14-16, 2004 in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

The World Congress is recognized globally as the largest and most
prestigious conference of its kind. It brings both academic researchers
and professional practitioners together to present, discuss and review the
latest issues and trends in the areas of intellectual capital, innovation,
knowledge management, new technology, intangible assets, corporate
governance, electronic business. Last year's conference attracted 825
delegates from 35 countries. The event was covered by numerous newspapers,
TV and magazine media outlets from over 10 countries.

This year we are planning our special 25th anniversary with a CKO forum,
KM technology expo, a PhD consortium, a new theme on enhancing corporate
governance and a knowledge café.

Papers can be conceptual, theoretical, empirical, experimental, or case
studies and will be peer-reviewed. Accepted papers will be published in
full or in abstract form in a CD of proceedings. Prizes will be awarded
for the best papers. Selected papers may be published in Special Issues of
the Journal of Intellectual Capital and the International Journal of
Electronic Business.
