I am a third year student at the Univresity of Malta and I have an HRM
assignment regarding 'learning organisations' and 'Employee
Development'.
The exact question follows:
"What are the advantages of organisations adopting a learning
organisation approach to employee development? What internal
conditions may enable and/or inhibit the implmentation and operation
of these systems?"
Could you please supply me with some information regarding these two
main topics.
