Hi People,

I have, during my post graduate studies in New Zealand, influenced
strongly by Peter Senge. A few years ago, I studied the 'Recardo
Semlar' way of learning in organisations. I believe they have a lot
in common. I would like to dialogue on this with people of this
group.
