Hello there,

I wonder if you are still looking for academic references to the 7S Mc
Kinsey framework. If it is still the case, why don't you check:

Pascale, R.T. and Athos, A.G. (1980), The art of Japanese Management,
Penguin Business.

You could find in this book the original framework developed by these
authors in the 80's where Super-ordinate goals replace Shared Values.
