Hi Raffy,

Thank you for your prompt reply.

In fact I already teach one MBA module on Knowledge Management, and
the one I am putting together is for a different institution. I have
a framework already, but I thought that I would ask some open
questions in the hope that I can identify any gaps in the content or
approach of my current thinking, that would therefore help to improve
the course.

I am a part time teacher, and also a futurist, and I believe that
continuous questioning of one's approach is a good way of avoiding the
twin traps of complacency and traditional thinking.

I will be happy to share my final framework with the forum in the hope
that others may benefit.

Regards,

John
