I am elated to find a source of "learning organisation" dialog, where the
topic is approached with (good) manner and enthusiasm. I am doing an
Honours degree at Griffith Uni..(Brisbane Australia) on "Software Process
Improvement and the Learning Organisation". At this stage I am resourcing
as much info as I can on 1.SPI, and the LO, 2. organisational change and
the LO, 3. measuring the effectiveness of LO's etc.. I would appreciate
any thoughts on the topic, and hope to hear from you soon .
