Corporate memory loss is a great term.

My associations to it run along a somewhat different line than has been
taken thus far. I think of memory loss in an individual--memory loss not
induced by organic brain damage but by psychological processes. Thus, we
would have "denial" as memory loss, "selective forgeting", and outright
lying.
