Dear All:

I am currently writing my final year thesis and in the course of
researching possible sources entitled:

Self-instruction centres at Ford: An exploratory study on the attitudes of
production line workers towards autodidaktik learning

The study is based on my year working for the company as an Open Learning
Centre co-ordinator, and a set of qualitative interviews conducted amongst
two groups of workers in two different factory areas. The term attitudes
is obviously very loose. These factors will be narrowed down to
specifics, but will focus mainly on attitudes in various forms, not in the
main pedagogic. My initial enquiry is to establish what (if any) materials
you may have published that deal with attitudes towards training in
companies. At this stage, my enquiries are only preliminary and so I
would appreciate any references in this area. I look forward to any ideas
you may have.

Many thanks for your time.

Yours Sincerely,
Martin Pratt
