I found this comment brilliant and indeed the entire post. I have
experienced this "command and control" leadership style for the last four
years and I never had the correct term for it. The only time these
leaders may listen to their underlings is to steal their ideas. I know I
beyond cynism and that why I'm moving on. My perspective is distorted by
my frustration.

Thanks Ed and to other on the this list. Reading your posts helps my
healing.
