Knowledge bases LO13868

My organization is attempting to impliment a knowledge base/ knowledge
sharing program. I may be involved in writing software to impliment it.

I have been asked to find any articles (journal) or other wise in the
following categories:

1) general reading (light descriptions for those who have no experience
with knowledge bases)

2) technical/design reading. (technical how-to's)

Can anyone help???
