Hello all,

Management practice fields still have a long way to go before they are a
way of life in learning organizations. They do, however, point in the
right direction for an organization to accelerate learning. In the
long-run, management business simulators will have dramatic effects on
both people and organizations. In the future simulation will be just as
commonplace as representation. Representation is the tool for adaptation.
Simulation is the tool for creating. We at Paradigm Business Simulators
provide businesses with application solutions based on System Dynamics so
as to support and improve the learning capabilities within an
organisation.

This week our first product is due for official release and is called
CreditSim. CreditSim is a financial business simulator that allows data to
be entered and shows how management decisions made today unfold into
tomorrow's financial and operational resu lts. The simulation can be
observed moving in to the future with animated sweep graphs.

Although CreditSim is a serious financial simulation tool, its
object-oriented user interface gives it the feel of a well-designed
strategy game. The controls are intuitive and easy to use while the
reports reflect the formats already familiar to the fina ncial community.
CreditSim's interface is easy to master in ten minutes, yet the underlying
analytical content is rich enough to serve as a credible financial
planning tool.

CreditSim is freely available for an evaluation download from our
website:www.paradigm.nl. Because we would like to get as much feedback as
possible your comments and or reactions are greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance.
