Hello fellow listserv subscribers!!

If you are interested in returning to school, but are not sure for what
discipline, I highly recommend you investigate the Program on Social and
Organizational Learning......

"PSOL, the Program on Social and Organizational Learning, is an
interdisciplinary department at George Mason University, Fairfax, VA, USA,
offering the Masters in New Professional Studies degree program with an
Organizational Learning concentration. This degree integrates today's
organizational theory with the technological demands of the workplace.
While this degree builds on traditional management development programs,
it is significantly different from such degree programs in two key areas:
The program's emphasis on learning and communicative processes within
organizations reflects a new way of thinking about knowledge management.
Secondly, the degree's focus on collaborative technologies, such as
groupware and intranets, addresses the increasing importance of technology
in organizations, and recognizes that new skills and processes are needed
in order to make effective use of these technologies."

If you are interested in finding out more about the program, visit the
program's website at: http://www.virtualschool.edu/PSOL/
