Dear Suzzane,

Indeed, what is lacking is COMMUNICATION in Maslow's hierarchy. I have
been conducting research on COMMUNICATION and WHY communication should
play such an important role. Complementary to communication we find
CULTURE... equally important.

Studies indicate that in different societies all over the world,
COMMUNICATION & CULTURE play vital roles. In both developed and developing
countries (and learning organization) self-actualization is driven by
these complementary elements!

Regards,
Ryan
