Dear Hengky,
Last I read in The Fifth Discipline, you need to find an LO partner within
the organization to which you are seeking to be interviewed. I would
focus in on the word "interview" for deeper meaning, as in "what is it
they would like to view?" "What would I like for them to see?" Then you
have interaction hopefully guiding you to "interview".
