Replying to LO14144 --

I just wanted to say that we use Maslow and other theories for several
reasons, just like we use classical physics and quantum physics, portions
of each build on each other to help explain reality.

We would no more discard classical physics for quantum physics than we
need to discard Maslow for others if we understand that each builds upon
the other to explain reality or motivation.

IMO,The greater the complexity, the broader the context of theoretical
attribution. I think there is a place at the table for more than one set
of constructs and the ability to influence motivation increases in direct
proportion to our table size.<g>
