> PS Morty, have you defined belief and I just missed it?

What I mean by belief is a statement about reality that we think is THE
truth. We are not always aware of our beliefs and sometimes when we are
conscious of them we disagree with them. E.g., you may have the deep
sense inside that "I'm not good enough." Consciously you say it doesn't
make sense, you know you are good enough. But deep down, the sense of
ourself as not good enough, which you think is the truth about yourself,
is still there. Most beliefs that we are aware of we would argue that we
are right and anyone who disagrees is wrong.

We have beliefs about almost everything, e.g., approvals must have three
signatures of you will get cheated, consistent quality requires two
inspections of all goods on arrival and before shipment, if managers don't
tell workers what to do nothing will ever get done, etc.
