Replying to LO14699 --

The delightful poem that Dr. Kilain shaed about the path of the calf
becoming the highway of a society brings to mind an old Scottish
definition that Mike McMaster uses as an epigraph in "The Intelligence
Advantage"--

"Lead: to show the way by going first."

How many purported "leaders" in how many organizations are content to let
the calf go first?

Cheers,
Tom Petzinger
