Interesting co-incidence , since I have done similar things with equal
success. I got the original idea from some modifications a guy called
Glen Watkins has made to the Emerys' Seach Conference, and a book
published by Alma Whiteley called "Managing Change - A core values
approach". By co-incidence both are based in Perth, Australia.
