Glad to hear that this kind of corporate effort does exist, and to get a
glimpse of how it's done and how it's doing. Personally, I'd be interested
to hear more about how you've dealt with the various obstacles and traps in
the path of continuous improvement, such as
- diffusion of commitment in the face of continual distractions,
- reverting to the "old ways" in times of crisis,
- reluctance of managers (or anyone, really) to give up (perceived) control,
- power struggles, or even genuine conflicts over company direction.

No apology necessary. One of the beauties of email is that I don't need
to read a word more than I want to. It does take some time to give a
decent experience report, and they're needed in this area (particularly
when they're positive).
