One of the most successful companies in the printing is Quadgraphics. One
of the slogans they live is "Ready fire Aim". They chose that to tell
their associates that the mission is to try new ideas. They used it to
help overcome the fear of failure.They used it to encourage evaluation of
change.

Just trying can be very good of it is accompanied with good post
evaluation.
