Hello, Enrique--

once you are operating in the self-directed, high performance environment,
your organization will create a process and structure that best supports
its' purpose and pattern of relationships. Organizational autopoiesis
requires significant energy and effort to sustain, though, in a constantly
changing environment.

The team concepts are merely metaphors for beginnings, and the
being-becoming is what you collectively make of those beginnings. I would
caution that fads will continue to abound, but are superficial compared to
the actualization of a living organization. You should avoid these fads
if you are already who and what you need to be. Instead, grow yourself
from within while you seek to adapt and survive.

regards,

Doc
