Replying to LO15080 --

Why the fancy smancy terminology?
Isn't there a simpler one?

> A unit I've been assigned to wants to start using Peer Influence Groups to
> help communicate and drive change in one area of our organization.

Buzz buster.

[Host's Note: What's in a name? I'm assuming that "Peer Influence Groups"
(note capitalization) is not descriptive, but someone's brand name or just
the name they are trying to give for some specific method. I am told that
Prof. Maturana believes that giving the obscure name "Autopoiesis" to his
biology has been very positive in advancing that set of ideas. Early in
the history of org learning, the term "Metanoia" was used. I note that
this term did not become a popular word. ...Rick]
