Thanx...my point exactly. It ain't what you call it; it's what you do with
it...lots of managers call their employees (notice I didn't say
organization members) valuable resources, yet treat them as we treat
valuable resources:

clean air......take for granted
water....pollute and wonder where the clean is
energy...use up and hope for more
etc.

Words are nice, and have no meaning except that we give them through our
behavior. When we say people are valuable resources and then send mixed
messages, well...?
