I think I understand you; I'm not sure I agree with you in that I believe
organization is much more than structure. I like to define organization
as:

"the coordination of different activities of individual contributors to
carry out planned interactions with the environment"

"Coordination" is a key term here, and structure is only one part that
enables the coordination....
