Hello, my name is Tom Heuerman. I work as a consultant focusing on
individual and organizational transformation. After 18 years in senior
management positions, I left the corporate world 4 years ago to complete
my Ph.D. in leadership and organizational change. I finished that work
last spring.

My thesis was a book entitled: A MORE NATURAL WAY: LEADERSHIP FOR
SUSTAINABLE CHANGE which is a book about transforming leadership through
the lens of quantum physics and the learnings from the study of living
systems (chaos/complexity/ etc).

I write a monthly pamphlet (short essay on a current topic) on leadership
and change that I email to recipients around the world. There is no cost
for the pamphlets.
