Replying to LO16082 --

I agree with the statements that in interaction we affect the other, and
"our motivations and interests are involved". Manipulation.

And "we must take responsibility for our actions". But we are more than
conscious. And our actions, and impacts, also affect us. So, I guess, I
would say if I manipulate I am manipulated (indirectly by my action and
its effect on my subconscious, and on my future behavior). Isn't this part
of learning?

To stay alive, to satisfy our needs in order to exist, I think we do
manipulate (in some sense). I agree that we can never escape our
context, and we can never fully know any other's. And how does any of
that change us for the future? And how to deal with that unknowable?

Our manipulating manipulates us which manipulates our future
manipulation.
