Personal Mastery LO16249

I do truely enjoy the concept Senge promotes of dialogue and advocacy
having appropriate places in our workplaces and communities. Realizing
that there are energetic minds on the other end of the modem here, I am
sure this question will generate a little of both.

In certain seasons of life, I circle back to evaluate my own personal
mastery. What can I do in this moment or in the short term to refine my
own perceptions, increase my tangible marketplace skills, broaden my
circles of influence, and refine my self concept?

Curiously for me, the winter months are opportune times to do this. Less
seems important during this time. I tend to slow down physiologically in
the winter months. My lack of medical knowledge prohibits much more
analysis on this subject.

Occassionally, this group deals with anecdotal examples of personal
mastery. It doesn't seem to surface as a catagory however. Is this
something that others have wondered about? Any comments, in general about
this part of the list?

regards,
